That brand would be Cerave. The brand is a little bit hard khổng lồ find depending on where you live. So as I was looking up this product, I spotted that pretty much the easiest way for me to lớn buy this is through online pharmacies và Lookfantastic. On that website it retails for €11.45 which is a good price point for a moisturizer. It is nicely affordable and that’s another reason why I wanted lớn try it. For me & my dry, dehydrated skin, I struggle finding good moisturizers that don’t break the bank. I often find them not nourishing enough & one of my favorite night time moisturizers, the Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Deep Moisture Balm, has since been discontinued. What does this moisturizer have to lớn offer?

Cerave is a brand known to be promoted by many dermatologists as a great brand for sensitive skin. I picked this out as it promoses lớn be a great moisturizer that repairs the skin barrier & it contains ceramides, niacinamide and hyaluronic acid. Those three ingredients are key for me, especially the niacinamide, as those I feel all help with the texture in my skin.

What does this moisturizer do?

Sadly, this moisturizer isn’t great for me. It specifies it is created for dry skin, but for me, this just isn’t hydrating enough. This is one of my biggest pet peeves with many skincare products aimed at sensitive skin and it’s why I have veered away mostly from products that are formulated with sensitive skin in mind, even though my skin is mainly sensitive.

It just doesn’t vị enough, meaning I have to lather it on, making me go through it so quickly even though this moisturizer comes with much more product (80 mls) than most other moisturizers. This is such a lightweight sản phẩm that my skin has absorbed it before my head hits my pillow.

What are the ingredients like?

So the ingredients are clearly listed on the packaging. There are some great ingredients here that are also high up on the list, but lớn be quite fair, it’s mainly water & glycerin so the ingredients aren’t all that special it seems. & I think this may be part of the reason why I don’t love this. My final thoughts

I had high hopes when trying the Cerave moisturizer.
